This error occurs when the specified RDBMS driver configuration is invalid or unsupported.

Remediation

1. In the above screenshot, the error is indicating that the database driver configuration name, 'MS SQL Server', is invalid.

2. In the server where SAC Cloud Agent is installed, in the Apache Tomcat's error logs, you would see the same error message.

   

3. The driver configuration name would match that in the Cloud Agent JDBC driver properties file, that is in the default location, 'C:\Program Files\SAP\SACAgentKit\config\c4a_agent_drivers.properties'.

4. Go to the above file and replace the name with the specific version of the database to be connected.

   1. There are examples of specific database versions at 'C:\Program Files\SAP\SACAgentKit\tools\sqlServerExamples.txt'.

      

5. Restart Apache Tomcat services and retry the configuration steps in SAC.
